Please note that due to the Christmas and New Year vacations there will be limited support cover during normal working hours for the period from 24rd Dec 2015 to the 3th Jan 2016 

 

Support will only be available for emergency cover between the 29th and the 31st of December. Support will not be available for installations or general enquiries during this period.

Support will be limited to critical cover only during the following periods: 24th – 27th of December, 1st – 3rd of January.

Critical events are defined as service-affecting major outages. Please only contact support after attempting to resolve the issue first. For critical events please submit a ticket on the support portal or email [email protected] Please note: emails to [email protected] must be sent from a registered email address otherwise they will be discarded by the system.

Licence renewal requests or new licence requests will be honoured but response times may be longer than usual. Please submit licence requests on the support portal as usual.

Normal support will resume on Monday the 4th of January 2016.
